Introduction to CS type thermal pipeline expansion device
CS type thermal pipeline expansion device is composed of an expansion sleeve, a pressure plate, and an expansion body. Mainly used on steam pipes to compensate for the displacement of steam pipes due to thermal expansion and contraction.

Precautions for installation of thermal pipeline expansion joint:
1.Before installing the thermal pipeline expansion joint, loosen the pressure plate bolts, lengthen the expansion joint to the installation length (see the table on the right), and then tighten the bolts diagonally. Do not press them sideways.
2.The expansion joint of the heating pipeline shall be installed between two fixed supports on the straight section of the pipeline. To ensure the normal expansion and contraction of the expansion joint and prevent it from pulling off, guide supports and stoppers shall be provided.
